My name is Melinda Buss and I started out as a Freelance make-up artist in 1998. After realizing I had a passion for skincare, I decided to further my education by attending Raphael's School of Beauty in Brunswick, Ohio and graduated in 2003 as a Managing Esthetician. I sought employment in a more medical based office after several different employment opportunities and began working for Dr. Orafu at Ohio Laser & Wellness Centers in 2009. While working here at the laser center, I’ve grown in my field tremendously! I have continued learning new techniques and services by attending seminars and conferences for skincare, chemical peels, dermaplaning, radio-frequency, and MicroNeedling. My favorite treatment is Medical MicroNeedling because patients so often experience such great results! With my experience and education, I’m qualified to address all your skincare needs! I enjoy an active lifestyle outside the office with my family.
My name is Lynn Cobb. I graduated from National Beauty College in 2006 and have been licensed by the state of Ohio as a Managing Esthetician for 10 years. My post graduate education includes, SkinMedica, ZO skincare, Jet peel any many other certifications for our other treatments. I'm dedicated to serve all your anti-aging and skincare needs, and want to provide you with the right treatment plan to meet both your short term and long term goals. It is important to me to be able to take care of people by keeping their skin healthy and helping them look and feel their best! I attended Akron University for 2 years. I enjoy spending time with my family and continuing my education on health and skincare.
My name is Kiley Ventling. I've been in the Esthetics field for 9 years. I knew I wanted to choose a career in which I helped people feel and look their best. I wanted to choose a job that would help increase a person’s self-esteem and self-worth. I first attended Ashland University where I graduated with a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Exercise Science and minored in Coaching. Once I graduated from Ashland, I wanted to focus my efforts into Esthetics because I enjoyed researching and investigating skincare products and ingredients. I attended the Aveda Institute of Columbus to receive my Aesthetics training. I've worked in a variety of different areas within aesthetics, but my favorite is working at a medical spa. In a medical setting, results are seen and achieved sooner than more of an organic approach. I specialize in chemical peels and really enjoy Medical MicroNeedling treatments. I like performing facial massages to help reduce puffiness and excess lymph in the face. I love that there are procedures that can be done to improve the skin’s youthfulness without having to go under the knife. I strongly think that at home skincare is a vital key to changing and maintaining the look of the skin. I prefer working with medical grade skincare products because it is more of a results-oriented approach. Outside of work, I enjoy almost all outdoor activities. I love going on hikes through the woods with my husband and Old English Sheep dog. Also, I like to mountain bike and snow ski. Anything that gets me outside and a part of nature is where I'm at.
